As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a tracking code with which you can track the package. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

Yes, we offer 14-day returns or exchanges on all full-priced items, providing they meet our returns policy criteria. Please ensure you read our complete returns policy before proceeding to avoid confusion.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us straight away and we will organise a replacement.

Our long-staple organic cotton comes in a washed sateen weave - the perfect balance between crisp and silky smooth. You know the feeling…that cool crispness when you dry your sheets in the fresh air. Picture that with a lightweight creamy whipped butter. Yum butter.

Unlike linen and other natural fibres, you’ll find no pilling or balls of lint with use so you get a clean, breathable sleep every time – an ideal choice for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

Gentle warm wash on their own. Remove immediately once finished (this will reduce wrinkles). Roomie sheets prefer to air dry outside but this isn’t always practical so if you decide to tumble dry, make sure it is on the lowest temperature possible to avoid heat damage and shrinkage. Remember that your Roomie organic cotton is made without the use of chemicals so to maintain the benefits of toxic free bedding make sure to choose an all-natural laundry wash.

The choice is yours! Whether you’re doing a complete bedding makeover or just adding a refresh, you can choose between separates or a complete bundle. All colours are have been carefully curated to compliment each other so you can create the bed of your dreams.

Bundles include one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, duvet cover and a pillowcase set. Customising your own bundle gives you the best value with a 15% discount.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order is confirmed, estimated delivery after dispatch is 2-5 business days via standard Australia Post. For NT, WA, TAS & remote locations please allow up to 11 business days. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on public holidays (NSW).

INTERNATIONAL

We charge a flat fee of $30 AUD for all international orders and use Australia Post.

Returns

Returns Policy

We hope you love your new Roomie. However, if for any reason it isn’t love at first sight and you would like to return your order, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery subject to the below criteria. If you meet the policy guidelines, please reach out to customercare@weareroomie.com to start the returns process.

For a change of mind return: your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition that you received it. We define opened as being removed from the bag, unfolded from its original condition, with the inner card and tags altered. Please do not open and place items on the bed even for short periods to check colours.

To help you make an informed decision, every Roomie product comes in a drawstring bag made from the exact same material and colour as your sheets, allowing you to determine the look and feel from the outside before opening. Additionally, we offer free swatch cards online so you can see and feel the fabric before making a purchase. We have done our best to meet your needs to experience the product in real life before fully committing.

As a small business, we strive to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene for all our products, which is why our returns policy states that we cannot accept bedding that has been opened. This ensures that all our customers receive brand new, untouched products.

Items will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unopened, unwashed, and including all original packaging (inner card and tags) in the same condition as you received. Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind, we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Roomie is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

Please ensure you read our complete returns policy before sending. If we receive your return and it does not meet the outlined criteria, you will need to cover the cost to have the product sent back to you.
